Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the  IM14.4 to IM14.5. While executing specific tasks getting an Error "NullpointerException".

Environment

IM 14.5 

Integrated with SiteMinder

Cause

changes in the custom logout page where the session is . Once the session expired then IDM was not able to find the localization value from the HTTP session.

Resolution

Need to make changes to the custom logout page where the session the expiring. Once the session expired then IDM was not able to find the localization value from the HTTP session, so we are going to re-evaluate the local.

 

A HF is available to address this issue
