Connector Server Read failed: Code 80 - ServiceNow REST connector - Failures on explore and attempting to open an account

Issue/Introduction

We are getting failures attempting to explore the ServiceNow endpoint. In addition, we are encountering a null pointer exception error when attempting to open an account from the endpoint. We have been granted permission per Manage ServiceNow with REST Connector.

Connector Server Read failed: Code 80 (OTHER-NamingException): failed on search operation.

Caused by a defect. 

Resolution

Please apply 14.5.1 where this defect has been addressed.
