Issue/Introduction

We are getting failures attempting to explore the ServiceNow endpoint. In addition, we are encountering a null pointer exception error when attempting to open an account from the endpoint. We have been granted permission per Manage ServiceNow with REST Connector.

Connector Server Read failed: Code 80 (OTHER-NamingException): failed on search operation.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in 14.5CP1 or you can request DE595963-IM145HF.zip for 14.5 GA or DE595963-HF.zip for 14.4CP2CHF1.
