Portal remote engineer

Issue/Introduction

When running remote engineer on the Portal it fails with the following error

# /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/RemoteEngineer/re.sh
warning: failed to load external entity "/var/.com.zerog.registry.xml"
No dm.properties file can be found - asking for MySql netqos account password.

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management any version

Cause

Missing /var/.com.zerog.registry.xml file

Resolution

If you have another environment running the same version you can pull a copy of  the /var/.com.zerog.registry.xml file from that Portal system and put it on the system where it is missing

If you do not have another environment then please open a support case
