Metrics are blank in the OC metrics viewer in DX UIM 23.4 / 23.4CU1

Issue/Introduction

We have deployed some MCS profiles to collect metrics. For some of devices where we have enabled monitoring via MCS, despite the data is visible in the Database, they are not visible in the OC Metric Viewer. The same data is visible in PRD. 

 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4
• DX UIM 23.4CU1

Cause

Known issue on DX UIM 23.4 and DX UIM 23.4.CU1 where Metric Viewer is not able to show metrics for Profiles that have a space in the profile name: 

Example: 

MCS Profile name: "URLMonitorProfile" > Metrics are visible in Metric Viewer
MCS Profile name: "URL Monitor Profile" > Metrics are not visible in Metric Viewer

Resolution

This issue is fixed in DX UIM 23.4CU1.1 (23.4.1.1)

This fix: 

• Addressed an issue where metrics containing spaces or special characters in their target were not being displayed in Metric Views of Operator Console in 23.4 GA.
