JOBQ object in version 21.0 -- issues with the SAP remote Task Manager

Issue/Introduction

Two issues were identified in the JOBQ submission in version 21 after agents and the engine were updated. 

1. Jobs in status 'scheduled' can no longer be started by a JOBQ. 

2. When the Remote Task Manager is used to monitor the execution of SAP child jobs (JOBD in the process monitoring), the submitted JOBQ object does not end when all Child jobs are executed.

Environment

Automation Engine and SAP Agent 21.0

Cause

These two malfunctions are related to the same defect, affecting the Automation Engine and the SAP Agent

 

Resolution

This bug is fixed in the Automation Engine and the SAP agent version in 21.0.11 (available) and 24.2.0 (available).
