ACF2VM stopped working after applying (LU03260)

Issue/Introduction

It was observed that ACF2VM wasn't working since new UserIDs/Machines that try to logon into the system couldn't logon.

Environment

Release: 12.0
Component : ACF2VM

Cause

Observed an error stating that 'no such LogonID exists'.

Resolution

Possible options to restart ACF2VM.

- FORCE is a zVM command which immediately brings down the ACF2VM Service Machine. 
  Using FORCE followed by the XAUTOLOG does not initiate a clean start and stop.

- The recommended ACFSERVE RESTART will cleanly bring down the ACF2VM Service Machine and cleanly restart the ACF2VM Service Machine.

 This is the safest way to recycle ACF2VM without an IPL. This allows any unfinished ACF2VM processing to be 'cleanly terminated'.
