Endevor Natural interface (EINE) Server terminated with NAT0922

Issue/Introduction

The EINE server suddenly terminated.  In the EINE Server output see the following -

 SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=A03

and in CMPRINT found this NAT0922 error:                      

ADARUN DB=001                                          
ADARUN DEVICE=3390                                     
ADARUN MODE=MULTI                                   
ADARUN SVC=291                                  
SERVER   1240 NAT0922 Buffer pool not active.
NAT9978 Error occurred during execution/compilation.

Environment

All supported versions of EINE

Cause

The SA03 is a secondary error that was caused by the EINE Server terminating abnormally.

The reason the EINE Server abnormally terminated was the NAT0922 error

Resolution

Contact your Natural Administrator to determine why the Natural Buffer Pool was not active.

One possible cause is the Adabas database used by the Natural nucleus was shutdown.
