Issue/Introduction

The last docker version we have is Docker 19.
RHEL is supporting Podman which we submitted an enhancement
 
How can we get the required docker rpms?
 
 
If there are steps then that would be highly appreciated.

Also, we need confirmation that this rpm is licensed.
