Static group does not allow to select device and the scroll bar does not show up

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that in the static group definition when we would want to add the new devices to the static group, The UI does not allow us to select the device and the scrollbar does not exist to scroll and select the device in the static group.

Known bug, will be fixed on CU2
