Issue/Introduction

Starting Monday, May 6, 2024, there will be a change to the user login experience for the Broadcom support portal.

Resolution

Support Portal New Login experience

1. Click login from https://support.broadcom.com/
   
   
   
   
2. You will be redirected to https://access.broadcom.com to enter the Username
   
   
   
   
3. You will be redirected to https://login.broadcom.com to confirm the Username, followed by password on the next screen
   
   
   
   
4. Post successful authentication, you will be redirected to Support Portal - My Dashboard
