Issue/Introduction
iDash failed to validate the connection to EEM with the same EE_SPONSORERROR iSponsor Error
Environment
Windows 2019
iDash: 12.1.2.0089
EEM: 12.51.3.14
Cause
Windows version 2016 & 2019 servers by default have TLS 1.2 enabled, and older versions of EEM below 12.6 don't support TLS 1.2
Resolution
Either upgrade EEM to 12.6 or later or edit the Windows registry for TLS on the iDash server.
