Issue/Introduction

On a scalability server 14.5 CU6 with a remote DSM Explorer and OS Image Prepare System installed, the OS Image for Windows 11 and Windows 2022 are missing.

Under Software/Boot and OS Image Library/Image Prepare System/Wizards/New OS Image, some lines are missing :

WINDOWS11X64, W2022, IMAGEX-WIN11x64, IMAGEX64-W2022

On Domain Manager these lines are present :

Environment

Client Automation 14.5 CU6

Cause

Some files in CU6 Manager patch (99111823) are not included in CU5 Agent/Server/Explorer patch (99111824)

Resolution

  1. Download attached file 99111823_IPS.7z. Copy it and unzip it on the scalability server 14.5 CU6
  2. Install the patch using command line like :

APPLYPTF.exe /NODE=SSNAME /PTF=99111823_IPS.jcl /INSTALLNEW /SILENT /OUTPUTFILE=applyptf.log

Replace SSNAME by the name of Scalability server.

Additional Information

Starting CU7 patch, the OSIM files are included in both Manager and Agent/Server/Explorer patch.
