Issue/Introduction
When viewing the Symantec Management Agent UI, you may notice that the Software Update tab is missing even though an updated 'Altiris Software Update Agent' plugin is installed.

Cause
The Software Updates tab is hidden but still accessible
Resolution
Open the Symantec Agent UI and choose View > Software Updates as shown below (upper right corner of agent UI):
