The Timesheet 'Select Tasks' pop-up page is slow for a user when the resource is allocated to 'Other Work' investments

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to Clarity
• Create 10+ other work in classic clarity
• Add 70k+ resources to the newly created other work
• Now allocate these other works to one of the resources
• Now Navigate to Mux --> Timesheet
• Click on Timesheet --> Add Task --> Select Task 

Expected Results: The fetch should be relatively faster within 5-7 seconds

Actual Results: The fetch takes about 15 seconds
