CTC geo-location requires Office/Corporate locations to be correctly identified in MaxMind

Issue/Introduction

The WSS Agent is unable to pull CTC info due to corporate egress IP not being correctly identified / geo-located in MaxMind.

 

Resolution

CTC geo-location requires Office/Corporate locations to be correctly identified in MaxMind:

1. Go to https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo
2. Enter your IP address and click on "View results"
3. If the geolocation is incorrect, click on "Submit a data correction" and fill the necessary information. I usually takes few business days for MaxMind to apply the correction.
