Issue/Introduction

Can the CMDB GRLoader load via a CSV file, Models and Manufacturers into the CMDB?

Environment

CA Service Management 17.x

Resolution

GRLoader cannot be used to import/add just Models and Manufacturers into the CMDB.

GRLoader is intended to add Configuration Items (CIs) and their associated attributes into the CMDB.

Once alternate approach would be to use the pdm_load command to import/add Models (ca_model_def MDB table) and Manufacturers (ca_company MDB table).
