CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)

Issue/Introduction

When customer login to EEM, the user search don't return anything

When they go to the Userstore Configuration to check on the setting, they get error

EE_NOTALLOWED Operation not allowed

Environment

SOI 4.2 CU5

EEM 12.6.4.0

Resolution

The user don't have full permission, we needed to add the user to the Delegation Policy that was setup to allow access to all resources.
