Issue/Introduction

Is Automation Point in compliance with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? Do we need to configure that?

Resolution

There is no MFA support implemented in Automation Point. The notification part of the solution using our Notification Services can be scripted, but some relevant frontend outside of Automation Point and the scope of use cases would remain limited to web-based frontends that can be circumvented via the application chosen. Automation Point can authenticate users via the Windows domain, so some independent system level solution can be considered that would cover use cases specific to that environment, but there is no integration of such a solution implemented within AP.
