Totals Row cell values are not populated when Exported to CSV

Issue/Introduction

The Total Row is exported, but the Export to CSV output is not populating the cells for the number fields that have aggregated values shown in the grid. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to any MUX grid, for example idea or project  grid
2. Ensure you have some numeric column on the view
3. Check that the grid displays ideas with some figures
4. On the view options enable the Show Total Row
5. On the grid you will see the aggregated values on the Totals Row
6. Export to CSV

Expected Results: Once we download the exported file, Total Row values should gets populated correctly.  

Actual Results: Once we download the exported file, Total Row values are coming as blank.  

Workaround: None.

Resolved in 16.2.2 and planned for Patch #4 on 16.1.3 (16.1.3.4)

Although this is described in a similar manner as DE79964, it is not the same and therefore resolved separately.
