After configuring ITPAM for SSL, when we try to access the Orchestrator's home page we get an error message:
This site can't be reached
<fqdn> took too long to respond.
Try:
ERR_TIMED_OUT
ITPAM 4.3.05 and up
After trying various options from product side we finally observed that it was the anti virus which is running in the background causing problems to the application.
Recommended to consult with security team and Windows Administrator to update the anti-virus software with an exception for ITPAM-related processes.
