CCS Health and Status job is hanging and will not complete

Issue/Introduction

There can be multiple issues where Data collection jobs and/or the Heath and Status job (or the Quick Health and Status Job) seems to hang and does not complete.

Resolution

There can be multiple issues that would cause this problem:

Resolution 1:
In 12.6.x only there was a problem with the older Putty SSH certificate conversion to the newer OpenSSH certificate that was updated in SCU 2023-2 content release.  This is fixed in CCS 12.7.

Resolution 2:
In CCS 12.7, there can be an issue when using Domain Cache that it will cause the Health and Status job to get stuck and not complete.  This is fixed in SCU 2025-1.
