ACF2 Sysmod LU10703 does not specify LT11780 on the pre or sup operand

Issue/Introduction

When applying maintenance for acf2, sysmod LU10703 is being applied but fails because it does not
include LT11780 is its pre or sup list.
Should the pre or sup list be changed on LU10703?

Resolution

LT11780 supercedes LU10703 and so LU10703 should not need to be applied.
The easiest way to resolve the problem if an apply of LU10703 is wanted
is  to restore LT11780, apply LU10703 and then reapply LT11780.

Note:  It should never be required for a user to change the pre or sup
statements in a PTF supplied by a third party.
