The Audit admin sees the anonymized username in CloudSOC Audit/Users with the message "Anonymized ID is displayed, due to difficulty accessing SpanVA". Even though the SpanVA is opened in a different tab of the same browser.
The Aduit admin is also in an Access Profile with all permissions for the CloudSOC Audit Apps. Similarly, All Cloud Services and Domain Control are selected.
The issue is that the Audit admin access profile does not have the VIEW permission to the CloudSOC SpanVA in Global Settings. After adding the VIEW permission to the access profile, the Audit Admin could see the username.
