VAIM UI is stuck on the loading page or cannot log in

Issue/Introduction
Problem:
VAIM is stuck on the login page at Loading Application.

Resolution:
Log into the VAIM Server and stop the below services
CAAIPApache
CAAIPTomcat
CA SM Domain Server
CA SM Distribution Server
ActiveMQ
Remove the below folders *Note: Please make a backup copy of all folders you delete
data folder located in \CA\VirtualAssurance\activemq\
localhost folder located in \CA\VirtualAssurance\tomcat\work\Catalina\
Start up the below services
ActiveMQ
CAAIPApache
CAAIPTomcat
CA SM Domain Server
CA SM Distribution Server
Wait 5 minutes, then Log into the VAIM UI

If the above steps did not address the problem, please contact CA Technical Support to open a new case and include the following Rainer.log file to further investigate the root cause.
