Issue/Introduction

Question: 

Why are the alert User Attributes not returned when using the REST API get alert call?

 

Answer: 

In order for the Alert User Attributes to be returned the GetAlertv2 REST API call with accept media type "application/vnd.ca.soi.api.v2+xml" must be used to retrieve the User Attributes  of the Alert.
