Issue/Introduction

Issue:

The PSPADD job that loads a PTF in the PSP libraries may fail with a return code 20 and messages similar to the ones below.

IEC130I SYSGO DD STATEMENT MISSING

Environment:

The problem may occur at any CA MICS maintenance levels.

Cause:

Client's HL Assembler is configured to use SYSGO DD statement instead of SYSLIN DD.

Resolution:

1.     Replace the SYSLIN with SYSGO on the statement
//SYSLIN DD DSN=&SHRPFX..PSP.CNTL(@cccnnnn),DISP=SHR

       (cccnnnn is the product change number, i.e. CIC6797)

2.     Rerun the PSPADD job.

Additional Information:

Make the change for all steps in the PSPADD job that execute assembler (i.e. PGM=ASMA90).
