Issue/Introduction

Introduction: 
In policy server trace log, there are portions that mentioned about the response attribute as below:

ie:
[Message][Data]
[=======][=========]
[Send response attribute 224, data size is 25][display_name=abc......xyz]
[Send response attribute 224, data size is 38][static_response=This is static message]
[** Status: Authenticated. ][]

Instructions:
The response attributes 224 are referring to the response that administrator created in WAMUI under Agent Type Attribute Name -> WebAgent-HTTP-Header-Variable
Under WebAgent-HTTP-Header-Variable, there are attribute kind
- Static
- User Attribute
- DN Attribute
- Active Response
- Variable Definition
- Session Variable
- Expression

When administrator create response with Attribute -> WebAgent-HTTP-Header-Variable, response attribute 224 will log in policy server trace log as above when the response get trigger.
