I have installed the CA Service Desk Manager R14.1 CP2. I have detected that with the Chrome browser and the Internet Information Services (IIS) I cannot attach files to tickets anymore. The following error can be found in the stdlog:
rep_daemon 4268 SIGNIFICANT RepDaemon.c 520 Received KEEP_ALIVE operation for rep session 199803752'.
This happens only with Chrome version older than version 42.0 and the IIS.
There is no problem with attachments with the Internet Explorer. What could cause the problem with the Chrome browser?
