UR portlet page is coming up blank on new install

DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM) NIMSOFT PROBES



On opening of UR portlet directly using http://<ump-ip>:<port>/jasperserver-pro or via the UR portlet in UMP  the page is coming up blank.

No errors encountered during running of the UR installer. It completed without errors.


The jasperserver.log has the following errors:

CA Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) 8.31



  1. Confirm the UR version installed in Windows ->Control Panel ->ADD /Remove program.
  2. The UR version installed should match the UIM version installed 
  3. In this case UR 8.0.0 was inadvertently installed instead of UR 8.3.1 
  4. UR 8.0.0 was uninstalled using reference link below and installed correct version 8.3.1
  5. Uninstall Unified reporter
