Issue/Introduction

I have several products listed under the CA Products tree in CSM that are no longer licensed.  Will they be removed from the tree when I run the 'Update Complete Product List'?  If not, how do I remove them from the tree?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Resolution

Performing the 'Update Complete Product List' in CSM does not remove previously licensed products that are no longer licensed from the tree.  This process will only add licensed products that were not previously licensed.  To remove unwanted products from the tree you will want to perform the Cleanup and Hide process.
