Issue/Introduction

Issue:

When the cost plan time scaled value (tsv) has more than three attributes for the row, the corresponding entries in the cells do not align.  They appear to be bunched and not spaced the same vertically as the column legends.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create detailed financial cost plan 
  2. Configure TSV to have more than 3 attributes
  3. Populate the cost plan
  4. View the data in the TSV and visually see the alignment of the cell rows with the label rows 

Expected Result: The legend will align with the cell entries.

Actual Result: The entries in the cells are bunched together and not vertically aligned.

Caused by CLRT-79504

Resolution:

Under review with development

Workaround:

Limit the number of rows in TSV columns to 3 or less
