I have a resource that was inactivated 2 years ago, and I need to reactivate his account in CA PPM, how do I do it? Once a resource is inactive, the admin cannot choose back the option of activate, it is not offered by CA PPM.
Answer:
The External Authentication checkbox was checked. Once that is unchecked the Active checkbox became editable and could be checked. Afterward check the External Authentication checkbox again if required.
