Why does U11-011 occur for CA 7 started task CA7ONL?

U11-001 U11PDS REQUEST SERVICE ERROR; REQ:40 SVCRET:00 SVCREAS:00  CRQRECB:40000000 CRQRC:0010  is occurring for CA 7’s task CA7ONL.   Why does the message occur for CA 7? 

Answer: 

Normally only batch jobs receive the U11-011 message.  If the CA7ONL started task receives the messages this indicates that there was an attempt to cancel a job from the REQQ while a job by the same name was in the ACTQ for CA-7.    

Verify any attempts to cancel jobs from the REQQ during the time frame the message occurred.
