After installing EEM, the EEM Gui/UI does not display. Receiving timeout error, along with 404 sponsor error in the igateway log file.

The itechnology folder and its contents did not belong to 'root' and group 'sys'
Manually change the itechnology folder and its contents to 'root' and group to 'sys'
i.e. drwx------. 4 root sys 4096 Jul 28 03:46 iTechnology
-Stop igateway (./S99igateway stop)
-Make appropriate change to the user and group.
-Start igateway (./S99Igateway start)
