How is baseline usage calculated?



Baseline Usage displays the system-generated usage at the time you baseline using the following formula:

Baseline Usage = Total of Actuals + ETC


  • Baseline Usage is the term used both by PPM and Open Workbench
  • The equivalent of Baseline Usage in Microsoft Project (MSP) is Baseline Work
  • The equivalent of Remaining Work in MSP is ETC
