Issue/Introduction

Special considerations during upgrade from r5.0 to r5.1 of FAQS ASO.

 

Resolution

The new release must be installed into its own library.sublib and must be placed before GSS in the libdef search chain.

The CMS interface FAQSVMS has been discontinued.  If you have this in the DCMTASK Job, it needs to be removed.  It has been replaced with FAQSIUX and it is best to run FAQSIUX in a partition by itself.
