Not seeing groups in web interface

Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

Groups are seen in OCE and in the database but when I go to the web interface to run a reports there are no groups displayed except the All group. 

Environment:

eHealth 6.3.x
All supported platforms

Cause:

Materialized views are corrupted so when the web queries them it does not get the groups

Resolution: 

The web interface uses material views when accessing group information from Oracle. When there is a problem with these views, groups cannot be seen in the web interface. The fix is to recreate the materialized views using the command below.

$NH_HOME/bin/sys/nhiDbTasks -recreateMViews
