Data Collector communication issues seen after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

After successfully upgrading the data collector to 2.6 the data collector can be in an "Unknown"state in the Performance Center user interface

The following can be seen in the /opt/IMDataCollector/apache-karaf-2.3.0/data/log/karaf.log on the data collector

Starting ActiveMQ
