Issue
When attempting to test the CA Business Intelligence (CABI) Universe connection, receive an error:
A problem was encountered
Problem with Relational Connection.
There was a problem accessing the Relational Connection on SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence platform. Please check with your System Admninistrator that the connection is correctly configured.

Solution
Most common cause of this error is a match in the Service Pack level between the CABI Server and the CABI Client tools (that includes the Universe Design Tool).
Apply CABI SP5 Client Tools so that the CABI Server and the CABI Client tools are at the same patch level.
