Unable to start harvester. Starting harvester service fails with 1067 error.

Issue/Introduction

Problem: 

Harvester not starting. restarting the Harvester manually fails with a 1067 error.

Viewing the nfharvestererrors9999-99-99 show the following error messages.

Rebooting the server fails.

Cause

The nfv9pub.cpp errors are caused by corrupt netflow template files (NTA) in the HarvesterArchive directory..

Resolution

Resolution/Workaround:

1. Remove all .NTA files from the \NetQoS\NetFlow\datafiles\HarvesterArchive directory.
2. Restart the Harvester service.
