Issue/Introduction

 

Issue 

After installing IDM, and configuring a Policy server domain in the adminui, clicking Add/Remove in the 'IDM Environments' section blanks the screen and displays '???key: page.display.error???' in red text.

Environment:  

Windows , Linux , Unix 

Cause: 

N/A

Workaround:

Please follow the following steps to re-register the adminui with the

policy server:

 

1.) Stop adminui service.

2.) Delete the following folder:

<Install location>\CA\siteminder\adminui\server\default\data

3.) On the policy server box, re-run the following command at a command

prompt:

XPSRegClient siteminder:yourpassword -adminui-setup

NOTE: Replace "yourpassword" with the superuser password above for

SiteMinder user.

4.) Restart adminui service.

 

5.) Try logging in specifying servername: new port in the login window
