Recommended configuration settings on Antivirus when ITCM is running

Issue/Introduction

What are the recommended configuration settings on Enterprise Antivirus when Client Automation is also running on same machine ? 

Environment

Client Automation 14 .x

Resolution

There are currently no known issues surrounding Client Automation and Antivirus.

In general it is safe to run antivirus normally on the Client Automation servers and agents.

Only if it were proven to be causing a problem we might recommend to exclude a particular directory from real time scanning but otherwise

there are no special considerations.

Recommendation is to exclude the following paths (and sub-paths) from scanning..(if proven to be causing some issues) . 

•  ..\CA\DSM\Agent
• ..\CA\DSM\dts
• ..\CA\DSM\logs
• ..\CA\DSM\SD\ASM
• ..\CA\DSM\bin
