CA Reports folders and names are missing in non-English locales

Issue/Introduction

The folders names and the reports names are missing when setting non-English locales in BI Launch Pad. In the example below, the Portuguese (Brazil) locale was set.

Environment

Spectrum 10.x integrated with CABI 4.1 SP3
 

Cause

CA Spectrum 10.x currently supports the following non-English locales:

• Japanese
• Traditional Chinese
• Simplified Chinese

 
The Portuguese (Brazil) language is not supported.
 

Resolution

Choose one of the supported non-English locales, or the English locale in the Preferences of BI Launch Pad.

Logoff and then logon, the CA Reports names are displayed properly.
