I can't download CA Insight DPM for DB2 using CA CSM

Symptom:
I am trying to download CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB2 for z/OS - MVS in CA Chorus Software Manager, but the attempt to run an Update Product or Product/Release for Product fails with these messages in the tasklog:
2122 - Getting Product/Release Information - Started (Dec 14, 2015 9:39:09 AM)
Request is to get release: 17.0
for product: CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB2 for z/OS - MVS
using site IDs:
The product CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB2 for z/OS - MVS at release 17.0 is not available for the following site IDs:
Log in to CA Support Online and verify that the product CA INSIGHT DATABASE PERFORMANCE MONITOR FOR DB2 FOR Z/OS - MVS at release 17.0 is available for download under at least one of the following site IDs:
If the product is available on CA Support Online, run Update Catalog Tree from Software Catalog to refresh relations between the site IDs and the products.
If the problem persists, contact CA Support.

CA Chorus Software Manager r 6.0 or earlier
Cause:
CA Insight™ Database Performance Monitor for DB2 for z/OS (CA Insight DPM) has been renamed as CA SYSVIEW® Performance Management Option for DB2 (CA SYSVIEW for DB2) according to the r18 Release Notes of the CA Database Management Solutions for DB2 for z/OS
Resolution:
In CSM Products tab look out for product name CA SYSVIEW® Performance Management Option for DB2
- Drill down into the product.
- Run 'Update product' or 'Product Release' for the new product name or new product name release.
