I am looking at my CSM CSI under CSM 6.0 Build 80 but I cannot find it under SMP/E environment.

Resolution:

There is a step missing during your CSM installation: Migrate the CSM SMP/E environment to CA CSM. 

This is documented in the CSM 6.0 Installation Guide, in the Post-Installation:  

Migrate the CA CSM SMP/E Environment under CA CSM:

Migrate the SMP/E environment that you created during the CA CSM installation into CA CSM.
