Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Unable to uninstall the software because the installation media is missing.

Environment:

PC - ETRUST ITM SECURITY 

ITM stands for eTrust Integrated Threat Management

Cause:

Any unrecognized product goes at the end to Datacom/ITM  product and so finished to a Datacom Support Engineer.

Note that also Datacom/ITM sounds like old CA ITM Etrust product which does not belong to CA anymore.

Note also that Datacom/ITM has been replaced by CA Datacom/STAR. 

Resolution:

Contact the new owner of the Etrust product or search on Google for more info.
