QUESTION:

Why does the non-SSL connection fail, after SSL is implemented and non-SSL has not been disabled ? This can result in an axis2 connection failed error. This happens with the Eclipse plugin.

 

ANSWER:

Remove the <security-constraint> tag from the web.xml file.
