Question

Does Xtraction have the ability to capture the backend MDB queries generated when running Xtraction dashboards/reports?

Answer

Xtraction does not come with any tools for capturing SQL queries it generates . The best option for capturing the SQL queries to build an understanding of the relationships is going to be the SQL Server Profiler tool.

DBA should be able to assist you with the configuration and use of this tool. This would be outside the scope of CA Support.
