The following error was found in the broker log file:

CA Harvest SCM Server all versions, all platforms
The license error 7309 indicates that the ca.olf file is missing or corrupted.
"7309 LIC_CANT_OPEN Can't open license file. Please run the appropriate license program to properly license your product.”
Return code 7309 is generated when the CA Harvest Software Change Manager server fails to detect the presence of a file named "ca.olf" (or is able to find the file but is not able to read it). This is the CA Technologies license file.
By default, this file is located in the following folder:
- For a 32-bit Windows computer: C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\CA-LIC
- For a 64-bit Windows computer: C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\CA-LIC
- for a Linux or Unix computer: $CASHCOMP/ca-lic
Open a new issue and include the server OS version for a new license file or contact a CA Technologies support team member to obtain a new license file and they will open a new issue for you.
