How do you remove CA Optimizer from production load libraries ?

Introduction:
The site wants to remove CA Optimizer from their system.
Background:
This site had CA Optimizer implemented on their system and programs have been compiled and linked using CA Optimizer.
There are many programs with Optimizer run time modules included. These need to be removed by recompiling without Optimizer. Failure to do so can result in run time abends.
Instructions:
First, remove CA Optimizer from any processors, if not already done.
Regenerate any elements that have been generated by that processor with CA Optimizer.
Use the Endevor Footprint reports to identify any load members that may still contain any Optimizer CSECTs and regenerate those elements
Additional Information:
Contact CA Optimizer support for utilities to identify programs compiled with Optimizer.
